when was my last post again? oh damn! it's been almost half a year gone!
so, 2010 is gone. crazy year. been busy workin'. as usual. who doesn't when it comes to workin', right?
the month of December was probably the best month ever in 2010. i was really lookin' forward to it. lookin' forward to Christmas and New Year celebration!
first it was the Zoukout event. which was epic! met my childhood bestie, Shereen whom i have not met since i was ... geesh. i could not remember. maybe back when i was in junior high.
had tons of fun. didn't know i could dance all night! and the most embarrassing part was, i got drunk before it all even started! guess i was too excited at first. drank 4 cups all at once!
got all whoozy. just felt like crashing on the beach and sleep!! it felt so good! but i had to stay awake! had a really tough time standing still. thank god i had Shereen's friends around to support me. ^^ the whole event started at 10pm and ended at 9am the next day. i got sober only towards morning. now that's wut i call party ALL night.
when i got back, i was totally beat! slept through the afternoon. got up in the late evening with a terrible headache and neck ache!! must have been from all the dancing. refused to get out of bed. i even had to decline Shereen's invitation to yum cha that night. sorry babe. i should have went.
well next up was June's visit! brought her to Universal Studios! had to pre-book the tickets. sold out kao kao. we had loads of fun too! macam 2 perempuan giler! laughin all the way.
shared some gossips along the way as well. and we even hit the clubs! which was awesome.
then the next day we made our way to Singapore Zoo. had fun takin pictures mostly. spent the whole afternoon there and had to head back home to rest! totally beat! rested at home, too lazy to go out for dinner. so we ordered Mcdelivery! it's always the best. ^^
after munching on our burgers, we headed out with our leftover french fries and our drinks to Orchard Road. June wanted to see the Christmas decorations at night. it's beautiful. after takin a few shots of the night view, we sat down and munch on our fries and started chatting! till late at night! we didn't realize the time though. it was past midnight! and shoot! there won't be buses operating at night! we had to hail a cab home which was close to impossible because there can hardly be any available cabs at Orchard Road. anyways, we were able to get a cab after waitin for almost half an hour i guess? couldn't recall. headed home, and hit the sack! and June left the next day. headed back to Msia. leavin' me all alone... haha! nah, just kiddin' kiddo!
then my lovely siblings came for a visit. together with Lloyd. went to Universal Studios, AGAIN. must have been the 5th time there. had tons of fun! this time we went on the Merry-Go-Round! been sooo many years since we had our last one! after a whole afternoon spent at USS, we met up with Lloyd's brother, Justin and his mom and went for a yummylicious seafood dinner at the seaside! after the dinner, we headed back to the hotel, rested for a while and off we go again. to the Orchard Road for Christmas countdown! crazily packed with people! we were tryin' to avoid the massive jam of course. so we made the best out of anything!
and they went for shopping the next day of course. they left the next day; after another day of total craziness!
Dhira and Omar came on over for New Year's celebration. had a blast with them as well. took them to Sentosa and Singapore Zoo. (AGAIN for me) ^^
went for countdown together at Clark Quay. total craziness again.
guess i won't know what tired is when there are tons of fun around.
all in a nutshell, i had a blast this month. best December yet. more to come definitely. pictures are all in my FB. check it out if ya have time!
